Copyright / DMCA Takedown Request

Aussies After Dark is an Australian-operated advertising directory. Advertisers upload their own photos and videos and are responsible for having the rights to publish them. If content on this site infringes your copyright, or shows you and was published without your consent, use this form. We accept requests from Australia and overseas. You do not need an account.

What happens next

You receive an email confirmation with a reference number.
Our moderation team reviews the request. While we investigate we may withdraw the disputed photos or videos from public view.
We reply by email with the outcome, or ask for more information if we cannot identify the content or confirm your request.

Reports from a person shown in the content are treated as urgent and reviewed first. Knowingly false requests may be rejected. For other concerns about a listing, use the report link on that profile, or see how verification works.

What is your request about? Copyright: I own the copyright in this content, or I am authorised to act for the owner, and it is being used without permission. I am the person depicted in this content and I did not consent to it being published. You do not need to prove copyright. We treat this as urgent.
